Full Spectrum Birth Workers
Full spectrum birth workers can support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation. If you anticipate needing support beyond birth, their services may be right for you.
Lactation Support
Have questions or concerns during your milk-feeding journey? Connecting with a lactation peer counselor or doula with lactation knowledge can help.
Postpartum Doulas
A postpartum doula can provide you and your family extra support after birth, from helping out with laundry to belly binding to night shifts with your baby.
Abortion Doulas
Abortion doulas can provide emotional and informational support before, during, and after an abortion. Many of the abortion doulas in our network offer their services Pro Bono or on a sliding scale.
QTPOC Informed
We have a list of community birth workers providing perinatal support to Queer and Trans People of Color and the broader LGBTQIA+ community.
Teen Parent Support
Pregnant teenagers face stigma and often lack comprehensive and reliable sources for health literacy. Doulas that specialize in supporting teenage and young parents can help you navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
