How to Enroll and Program Qualifications
Program Qualifications: All our services are free of cost for families whose income qualifies. Families who are eligible to receive WIC, TANF, and Basic Food, or are at 200% of the FPL are eligible for enrollment.
How to Request Services: Our online form is our primary referral source. The form works best on Chrome and Firefox. If you cannot use the online form, referrals can still be made using the printable form. Fax the completed form to (206-257-4146), or refer by calling us directly at 206-866-0729. Pregnant folks can self-refer in English and Spanish, and our intake coordinators are bilingual. Please direct questions to our Intake Team.
Covid-19 Response: Open Arms is taking necessary steps to protect our clients, employees, and community. Please visit our Community Resources page for information.
Our Doulas and Lactation Peer Counselors are providing visits virtually until further notice. Doulas provide in-person hospital labor and birth support, as well as limited in-person visits per the client’s birth location policies.
