WHAT IS IT?
Join a cohort of birth workers of color on a 3-month journey, blending in-person and online sessions 2-3 days per week.
Our program, rooted in ancestral wisdom, covers 95 hours and fulfills IBLCE Lactation Education requirements. Completion opens doors to optional mentorship and financial support for those interested in pursuing IBCLC certification, with no obligation to do so.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Community members of color living and working in Pierce, King, and Snohomish counties. No previous lactation or birthwork experience necessary.
