Drop-in, no-cost lactation support is offered on Thursdays from 11-1 pm via Zoom! Virtual Lactation Lounges are by Markia Brinson LSPC, Open Arms Lactation Support Peer Counselor.

Ask questions, build community with other pregnant and lactating folks, access resources and referrals, and connect with lactation professionals from Black, Indigenous, and Latinx communities.

Open Arms Perinatal Services Virtual Lactation Lounges are currently offered online through Zoom. The Lactation Lounges are funded by Best Starts for Kids King County, and all families who are in need of lactation support are welcome to drop in at any time during pregnancy through weaning at no cost.
