Drop-in, no-cost lactation support is offered Mondays 11 AM- 1 pm via Zoom! Monday Virtual Lactation Lounges are hosted by Elizabeth Montez IBCLC, Open Arms Lactation Support Clinical Lead with Open Arms Lactation Team staff.

Ask questions, build community with other pregnant and lactating folks, access resources and referrals, and connect with lactation professionals from Black, Indigenous, and Latinx communities.

Open Arms Perinatal Services Virtual Lactation Lounges are currently offered online through Zoom. The Lactation Lounges are funded by Best Starts for Kids King County, and all families who are in need of lactation support are welcome to drop in at any time during pregnancy through weaning at no cost.
