Led by Andrea Balina, this class is offered through Zoom every month to Spanish-speaking families. The class includes Spanish and English interpretation and aims to provide families with childbirth education in their primary language to build the knowledge and confidence needed to give birth and make informed decisions for healthy outcomes. Childbirth is a normal, natural, and healthy process!
