How to Enroll: Our online form is our primary way to receive referrals. The form works best on Chrome and Firefox. If you are unable to use the online form, referrals can still be made using the printable form. Fax the completed form to (206-257-4146), or refer by calling us directly at 206-866-0729. Pregnant folks can self-refer in English and Spanish, our intake coordinators are bilingual. Please direct questions to our Intake Team.
Covid-19 Response: Open Arms is taking necessary steps to protect our clients, employees, and community. Please visit our Community Resources page for information.
Our Doulas and Lactation Peer Counselors are providing visits virtually until further notice. Doulas are providing in-person hospital labor and birth support, as well as limited in-person visits in accordance with the client’s birth location policies.
