Intended for Black families and led by Eula Scott Bynoe, this birthing person-centered class focuses on the journey of pregnancy from a whole-body perspective.  Topics include mind, body, and soul health, strengthening and honoring the connection to culture and stages of labor from an intentional and mind-full point of view.
